ABOUT

About Polyphonic

Polyphonic is a unique music program that brings together young people with and without disability to create, connect, and collaborate through music. Our inclusive approach provides a safe and inspiring space where everyone can express themselves, learn new skills, and build lasting friendships.

Through a mix of songwriting workshops, open jam sessions, and our innovative music creation app, Polyphonic encourages creativity and nurtures social connections. Whether you're an experienced musician or just curious about making music, there's a place for you in Polyphonic.

APPROACH

Designed by teenagers, for teenagers

Co-designed with teenagers, Polyphonic has been developed through collaborative workshops where young people with and without disabilities shared their ideas, experiences, and creativity. The program is genuinely youth-driven, amplifying teenage voices to ensure the program is relevant, inclusive, and engaging for all.
